If you keep a keen eye on the Steam Greenlight process, then you’ll no doubt have heard of First Wonder as it smashing the deal on PC in less than two weeks. Well great news, it’s also now coming to Xbox One and PS4.

Rogue Rocket Games have partnered up with GRIP Digital to ensure that First Wonder will be able to go further than just make it as a PC indie hit, breaking through onto the big consoles at the same time.

The people of Majorca, an alien planet besieged by an ancient creature known only as Monstro, are in trouble. You’ll need to help a deep space salvage team, the Cargonauts, as they go up against Monstro in a gripping single player campaign and online via a mulitplayer mode.

“The team at GRIP have such excellent console experience, there’s nobody better to help spread the madness of First Wonder to PlayStation and Xbox,” said Rogue Rocket Games co-founder Richard Sun. Jakub Mikyska of GRIP Digital added, “We are very excited about partnering with Rogue Rocket Games to bring First Wonder to consoles – because, believe us, there really is nothing like this on consoles right now, and gamers need this!”

We’ll obviously bring you more as and when we have it, but First Wonder should be one to keep an eye on but of course, it’ll have to break through its Kickstarter barrier first!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
