Marble It Up! Ultra is hitting Xbox!

One of our most favourite of all Xbox games is that of Marble Blast Ultra. That may be us showing our age, but we still have fond memories of the best marble game ever made. It makes the reveal of Marble It Up! Ultra on Xbox and more, all the more exciting.

A new Marble Blast on Xbox?

From The Marble Collective team – they previously behind the likes of Marble Blast on Xbox 360 – is the next iteration of the whole ‘Marble’ scene. Marble It Up! Ultra is that game and it is coming to Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC real soon.

How soon? How does August 17th 2023 suit you? It’s then when you’ll be able to play Marble It Up! Ultra on Xbox. Or PlayStation. Or Nintendo Switch or PC for that matter. It’ll also be Steam Deck compatible.

Promising to release as the ‘ultimate marble experience’, Marble It Up! Ultra will come featuring a full single player campaign. It’ll also have some cross-platform multiplayer experiences included. That means you’ll have access to over 100 beautiful levels and some exhilarating multiplayer mayhem.

There’s more though – expect buttery smooth controls, dazzling visuals and more.

Key features

  • An Energetic Marble Campaign: Take on an extensive single-player campaign of more than 100 levels spanning six primary and four bonus chapters. Roll your way through levels filled with dangerous obstacles, mind-bending paths, shifting gravity, bouncy floors, and potent power-ups.
  • Exciting Marble Multiplayer: Blast your way to glory with five uniquely competitive and chaotic cross-platform multiplayer modes. Team up to hunt gems, score goals, escape zombies, and prove your marble mettle online!
  • Magnificent Marbles: Unlock a collection of marbles, trails, and hats as you find hidden trophies, earn medals, and play online.
  • Marble Mastery: Unleash your skills by hunting achievements and climbing the Global Leaderboards! Weekly Challenges add new modifiers to levels for a fresh new way to compete each week.

“We built Marble It Up! Ultra to bring precise multiplayer action gaming to players in a beautiful, family-friendly and nonviolent form,” said Alex Swanson, Lead Designer of the Marble It Up! franchise. “The team has taken the genre to a whole new level, applying decades of experience to fine-tune every aspect of both single-player and multiplayer gameplay.”

Marble It Up! Ultra on Xbox is coming real soon

We cannot wait to play Marble It Up! Ultra on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC. And we won’t have to wait long either as that August 17th release date will be with us before we know it.

And what’s more, Marble It Up! Ultra will be found in demo form in the ID@Xbox Demo Fest from July 11th. And if that is too long to wait, consider a purchase of Marble It Up! from Steam.

Get ready to roll out…

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
