It’s been a good few years since we’ve seen a Jagged Alliance game release on console. But if anything can gather the masses, it should be Jagged Alliance 3. Especially when you consider the acclaim it has picked up on PC.
Available right now on Xbox and PlayStation, following a successful time over on Steam for PC, is Jagged Alliance 3. At least, if you pre-order the game that is. If you don’t, you’re looking at a November 16th launch.

Get in early, and get that cash up-front, and you’ll be treated to something pretty special in Jagged Alliance 3 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4 and PS5. Although, until our full review of the game is up and live, we’re going solely on the PC response. This has gone down extremely well over on Steam, gathering up plenty of ‘Very Positive’ reviews since launch in July.
it comes to Xbox and PlayStation reworked in terms of UI, ensuring it should be about as good as you could possibly imagine a turn-based strategy game to be with a controller. When you include some cross-gen gameplay (but not cross-platform unfortunately), the player pool gets ever larger.
Dip in and you’ll find a variety of characters in Jagged Alliance 3 all waiting to be taken under your wing. Each with their own personalities and quirks, it’ll be up to you to take these guys off on various missions, exploring the world of Grand Chien as you go. Can you help bring order back to this place?

Grand Chien, a nation of rich natural resources and deep political divides, is thrown into chaos when the elected president goes missing and a paramilitary force known as “The Legion” seizes control of the countryside. Now, the President’s family has pulled together all their resources, including an arrangement with the powerful Adonis corporation, to hire a group of skilled mercenaries tasked with finding the President and bringing order back to the country.
In Jagged Alliance 3, select from a huge cast of mercenaries all with their own unique personalities, quirks, and backstories. Then go out and explore Grand Chien as you meet new people, earn money, grow your team, and ultimately make your own decisions that will decide the country’s fate.
