The No More Robots back catalogue is a pretty hefty one. You’ve got the interesting stuff like Yes, Your Grace, you’ve got the madness of Hypnospace Outlaw, a bit of downhill mountain biking in Descenders, the deck-building Nowhere Prophet and the fun little Let’s Build a Zoo. Very soon though that No More Robots team will be delivering Heist Simulator to the world – can you guess at what you’ll be tasked to do!?
Heist Simulator is – yep, you guessed it – a heist simulator. End of sell. Get back to work.Â
If you want to know more though, it’s possibly going to be one of the most in-depth heist simulators that you can imagine, as No More Robots give you the chance to create, play and share your own heist creations with pretty much all the tools you could ever need.Â
The bank job strategy affair, Heist Simulator has been created by those at SkyBagel and RogueCode, with No More Robots bringing their expertise to the project for good measure. It invites you to head to the scene of the crime, leaving you to pull off the heist of the century, or get caught red-handed and thrown behind bars.Â
Heist Simulator promises to provide players with access to action-packed heists, stealthy campaigns, puzzle-based setups, narrative jobs, escape room ordeals and more, providing you with the tools you’ll need to make the most of what is on offer.Â
You see, whilst those behind it can get you excited, for full immersion in Heist Simulator you’ll want to create your own heists and it’s here where full level creation and level sharing tools become available. In fact, if you’ve always wanted to plan the perfect heist, now is your chance.Â
No seriously, NOW IS YOUR CHANCE. You see, whilst full launch of Heist Simulator will arrive later this year on PC via Steam and Google Stadia – with promise of an Xbox edition a little later down the line – if you want to get involved right now to see how things play out, you can do via the Heist Simulator Playtest on Steam.Â
If you don’t have a PC capable of such a task, we reckon the trailer below should just about cover any further questions you may have.Â
