It works by seeing every game of Hood: Outlaws & Legends starting with two teams of four players, with them fighting each other and the State to find, steal, and return the riches unfairly taken from the people.

There will be four distinct character sets available with thousands of variations to those that await, providing endless combinations and playstyles to adopt while outsmarting foes and executing the perfect heist with your friends.

You’ll find the Xbox Store providing access to the Standard Edition pre-order for £24.99 should you wish to grab it, with the Year 1 Edition of the game costing £39.99 and giving access to Hood and three Battle Passes due to be released post-launch, after the initial free Season.

You’ll find the game launching on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC in May. We’lll keep you up-to-date in the meantime.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
