Thanks to Codemasters we’ve been able to go hands-on with F1 2019 on Xbox One prior to the early release date of 25th June 2019, and so we’ve taken that time to have a first look at the hugely in-depth career mode which makes up the majority of the gameplay. From taking on a rising F2 star and pushing through a number of scenarios, join us as we make waves in F1, taking a seat in the iconic McLaren team and begin to push for strong qualifying results and top 6 race finishes.
With a rather lovely soap-opera style narrative running through the background, we’ll discover rivalries with other drivers, friends where we don’t expect it, and the chance to be grilled by a pit-lane reporter. The question is, are our skills up to the level of F1?
