Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 4 Xbox

As is customary around the midpoint of the Supercross season, the accompanying video game releases. If you are one of those that has bought the Special Edition then today is the day you start your three-day early access of Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 4 on Xbox, PlayStation, PC, Switch and Google Stadia.

Building upon the previous three instalments, this fourth iteration has a completely revamped Career mode. As well as the 250SX and 450SX categories, a new prologue has been added called ‘Futures’. Start your legacy here with a newly added skill tree, making your rider more unique than ever before. Prospect riders now also have access to the Journal and 25 challenges to take on during their career.

All your other favourite modes are returning, bigger and better. A new track editor mode where you can create and share the tracks of your dreams, and a brand-new compound mode for perfecting your style are both in place.

Following on from the altered 2020 season, Monster Energy Supercross 4 will feature all 11 stadiums including the seven different Salt Lake City variants that were used. The roster has also been majorly improved with now over 100 riders, including the legendary Ken Roczen!

Players who want to play Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 4 on Xbox (or other systems) today will need to download the Special Edition of the game, which costs £69.99. It does include the Season Pass, which will offer seven post-release content packs, the Neon and Patriot Customisation packs and 3 days early access. Regular access through the Standard Edition is available after those three days have elapsed and will cost you £49.99.

This also marks the first time Monster Energy Supercross 4 will be Optimised for Xbox Series X|S, and that is what we will be reviewing the game on. Stay tuned for that coming very soon. For now, let us know in the comments which version you will be downloading.
