Well, developers Modus Games have now officially set the release date for Override 2: Super Mech League on Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC. This news also coincided with a new gameplay video being unveiled.

Yes, it’s official, Modus Games have announced that Override 2: Super Mech League will arrive simultaneously for all of the aforementioned platforms on 22nd December of this year. Better yet, the date was set in stone alongside the release of an extensive new gameplay overview. It’s narrated by the developers, showing off Override 2: Super Mech League’s new and improved combat system. The accessible gameplay is combined with speedy attacks, fluid movement and absolutely devastating combos to ensure overall experience is a blast for anybody to play or watch.

Just in case you’re unsure as to what Override 2: Super Mech League is, it’s a competitive arena brawler featuring an array of super-powered mechs ready to battle it out until the end. Whether a casual or hardcore gamers the gameplay is expected to be accessible for all to get to grips with. Building upon the first game, there’s an all-new Career that’s joined by multiplayer ranked rumbles, Xenoswarm, King of the Hill and other modes. An influx of new characters is also a given in this upcoming sequel to Override: Mech City Brawl.

Been gaming casually since the SNES as a youngster but found my true passion for games on the Playstation 1 (the forbidden word ooo). My addiction grew to its pinnacle with the purchase of an Xbox 360 & Xbox Live Service. A recovering GS hunter that will still play literally any game.
