Ubisoft have just confirmed that Rocksmith 2014 Edition will be coming to the next generation of consoles.
Available in the UK exclusively through Amazon, Rocksmith 2014 is the fastest way to learn guitar and will be coming to Xbox One and PS4 on November 7th 2014.
You’ll be able to use integrated streaming and capture features on Xbox One to record and share your very best performances as well as show off your favourite custom tones from Tone Designer…..and obviously the visuals have been upgraded to roll into the next gen.
Rocksmith 2014 will come with more than 50 tracks but you’ll also have access to more than 300 additional songs with new add-on content every week. If you’re making the move from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, any DLC tracks you’ve already purchased will make the jump with you.
The standard edition includes the Rocksmith Real Tone Cable, a unique 1/4” to USB cable that was developed exclusively for Rocksmith. This revolutionary cable turns the guitar’s signal from analog to digital, allowing it to be recognised and played through video game consoles.
Looking forward to it?
Cracking point, but not sure it would happen in a hurry. Def like the idea…..although we’re not sure PS4 is the better platform for this gen 😉
Ubisoft needs to tie the DLC to your uPlay Account somehow so that people that chose the better platform last gen (Xbox 360) and this gen (PS4) can still play their DLC. Major let down otherwise.
