It’s the first Addams Family video game on console in more than 20 years, but today we get the chance to help save the kooky world that helps power them along with the arrival of The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem.
The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem has been created by those at PHL Collective, working with Outright Games to ensure it reaches the largest collection of gamers possible. With launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and on PC, there’s pretty much no reason why you shouldn’t be able to get involved.
This is slightly different to what you may expect though and whilst Mansion Mayhem can be played as a solo affair, letting you traverse the mansion and explore the world of The Addams Family at will, it’s when you combine yourself with some friends that it looks to get all the more interesting. You see, competitive minigames are front and centre of the action, as you attempt to prove that your favourite member of the Addams Family is better than the next. It’s gotta be Wednesday, right?
With a ton of puzzles to solve, many relics to hunt down through the mansion and the chance to utilise a host of special abilities that come with each and every one of the family, if you’re up for something hideous, horrible but with huge amounts of humour, it should well be worth your time knocking on the door of The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem.
