Pirate Bloopers is on Xbox

So far within the Vampire Survivors genre, we’ve obviously had the blood-suckers themselves. But then we’ve also seen a plant-based alternative in Whispike Survivors. There’s been the classic undead in Yet Another Zombie Survivors too. Cool-Two Interactive and Desert Water Games are throwing pirates into the mix, with a swashbuckling horde-based title in the form of Pirate Bloopers on Xbox.

Ahoy Maties!

Welcome to the perilous waters of Pirate Bay, Xbox players. In order to obtain as much booty as possible, you must survive an endless number of waves of seafaring enemies.

By using the minimap as a guide, you can direct yourself towards (or firmly away) from incoming ships, using a trusty crossbow to attack from afar. Finish a wave, and you’ll be rewarded with an upgraded stat – speed, fire rate, health and more.

Unlike other games in the genre, you’ll have to manually fire your crossbow, providing power and direction inputs. This can be helpful, as you can decide which of your fearsome foes is most threatening. And when you throw difficult bosses into the mix, you’ll be even more glad.

Available Now!

Pirate Bloopers should be the next ‘X survivors’ game on your radar to play.

You can now get yourself a copy on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. To do so, it’ll cost you £8.39 via the Xbox Store. Keep a look out for our full review of Pirate Bloopers, coming soon.

I'm an avid gamer who will play pretty much anything... but stick an open world or adventure game in front of me and I'm more than happy.
