Are you a Sky Broadband of TV customer? If you are, chances are you’ve enrolled in the Sky VIP loyalty programme. And if you’ve done that, then you’re going to be sorted in terms of getting access to the long-awaited multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.

Sky Broadband has become the official Broadband Partner of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War (yeah, we didn’t realise there was one of these either) and that means that all Sky Broadband and TV customers will get proper early access to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s multiplayer beta a month prior to official release.

Sky VIP will let you in on this action, with Sky delivering Beta codes and exclusive goodies via the scheme. With Sky Broadband Superfast delivering average speeds of 59 Mbps, and coming with a Speed Guarantee as standard, there is possibly no better broadband supplier to be with – particularly if you are hyped for Cold War.

All Sky VIP customers can get special access to the Multiplayer Beta and this will mean they will be among some of the first people in the UK to experience the latest Call of Duty action. To get involved just register in the Sky VIP section of the My Sky app. Any Sky customers who aren’t already a Sky VIP member can download the My Sky app and join Sky VIP for free.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War launches on Xbox One, PS4 and PC come November 13th 2020, with the game set in the early 1980s. Expect Black Ops Cold War to bring Cold War weapons and equipment into the next generation of Black Ops Multiplayer combat, and an all-new co-operative gameplay experience with Zombies.

Further to the beta though, Sky VIPs will also get a chance to win great gaming prizes when the game is released, including games console bundles, premium and standard copies of the game, and COD Points for the top performers.

David Rey, Managing Director at Sky Broadband, commented: “As the official broadband partner, it’s fantastic to join forces with Activision and offer our loyal customers access to the online beta. Our Superfast Broadband gives customers the reliable service they need for a smooth gaming experience – a perfect partner for one of the most iconic games around. “

Jim McMullin, VP of Product Management at Activision (makers of COD) said: “Having Sky Broadband as the official Broadband partner of Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War is great for our gamers. We know that smooth, uninterrupted gaming is crucial to our community, and Sky Broadband provides the speed and reliability that gamers need.”

The beta will go live in October. Get signed up now by joining Sky VIP for free via the My Sky app right now.
