Rolling out to a Dakar Desert Rally base game near you right now is the latest smattering of DLC for the game; DLC which comes about via the brilliant SnowRunner.
It’s here where we see the Dakar Desert Rally – SnowRunner Trucks Pack come to the fore, building out the base game on Xbox, PlayStation and PC with a host of new trucks. As the name suggests, they come from SnowRunner, the brilliantly detailed off-road sim that took the world by storm a few years back.
Throwing those vehicles into Dakar allows the world’s largest rally race the chance to shine again. The pack itself introduces a whole new fleet of vehicles and challenges, with them all inspired by the SnowRunner experience. It’s priced at £8.39 and you’ll need the Dakar Desert Rally base game to hand.
Splash your cash and you’ll be able to get behind the wheel of five of SnowRunner’s most massively mighty trucks, each capable of taking on any challenge. Expect to find the TUZ 16, TUZ 108, TUZ 420, ZiKZ 605R, and YAR 87 in house, as you look to overcome extreme open-world environments in either Free Roam mode or Rally Raid competition. Put your skills to the test against the elements with nine new stages and two new events exclusive to the “SnowRunner Trucks” DLC.
Further to that is the Dakar Desert Rally Patch 1.7 – this sorts a number of general game fixes, improvements and simulation tools.
