What is Lords of Exile?

Lords of Exile takes us off to a world that has become treatened by creatures of the dark. A Far Eastern land, accompanying those horrors of the nights are the samurai. That therefore calls on a bloodthirsty knight to take back command, vanquishing all into the darkness forevermore.

Playing out in an 8-bit style, Lords of Exile is a fairly linear experience, one that takes you through multiple stages of classic adventuring. With bosses at the conclusion of these levels, and various skills to aqcuire, Lords of Exile shouldn’t provide anything that hasn’t been seen elsewhere previously.

But what it does bring is variety – a range of mechanics, weaponry and powers as you play through the adventure ahead via the eyes of a couple of characters; Gabriel and Lyria. You can throw in some unlockable game modes too, a Speedrunner and Boss Rush mode.
