ANNO: Mutationem is a fast-paced, action-packed slashathon that throws you into the highly-skilled boots of Ann. On a mission of a very personal nature through the neon-soaked streets of a Metropolis, you will join Ann as she makes literal mince-meat of all in her way. Now on Xbox, ANNO: Mutationem has previously launched on PlayStation, PC and Switch.
You’ll get to seamlessly switch between the 2D combat and 3D exploration modes of ANNO: Mutationem. Doing so will let you go about chaining together a variety of ranged and melee moves. Making use of uppercuts, huge swords, and even rocket launchers, the combat on offer isn’t too dissimilar to the likes of uber-difficult ninja-sim Ghostrunner.
Players have the entirety of the world at their fingertips. And are let loose to explore the many districts of this Metropolis. Along the way, you’ll encounter a range of larger than life characters, and piece together elements of side stories. Why not try your hand at taking down street gangs, or perhaps getting familiar with the lovable Cyborg corgi?!
