We've been readying ourselves to set sail with King of Seas for a good while already, and after recently going hands on with 3DCloud's swashbuckler, anticipation for launch has reached all new heights, if only as this could well be a treasure worth uncovering. Today though that all-important release date has been confirmed, with King of Seas preparing to launch on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC in February.

It's been sitting in Steam Early Access since March 2020, but very soon the Curse of the Dead Gods will be discovered by players across all formats, with full launch on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

Over the course of the last few years, there has been one word that has dominated the gaming scene - Cyberpunk. Whether that be CD Projekt Red's blockbusting open world of Cyberpunk 2077, or the slew of smaller titles that have arrived on the back of it, it's something that has raised the interest in many. There's another on the horizon though and today Sold Out and Ape Tribe Games have detailed and dated their cyberpunk-y stealth-action RPG, Disjunction. It's coming very soon too.

Back in 2016 we saw an isometric Kula World style affair drop on to Xbox One, as Sunlight Games pushed out One Hundred Ways to the Xbox Store. It turned out to be a pretty enjoyable little puzzle title too and so the news that Two Hundred Ways is to be hitting console and PC in the summer of 2021 is one that has got us pretty excited.

Over the last few weeks we've seen Harmonix push out a ton of content for FUSER, their party-bringing DJ-a-thon, with tunes and themes coming in a variety of ways. This weeks sees even more content arrive, with new tracks and riffs from the likes of The Clash and Post Malone headlining things.

In terms of sheer sound quality Audeze have knocked it out of the park with the Penrose X Wireless Headset for Xbox.

Whilst Among Us may have taken the plaudits in recent months for its take on the whole deception genre, truth is it's taken a while for it to really come to the fore. It's not the only deceptive affair that has been doing the gaming rounds either, with Project Winter already having spent a couple of years on PC. It's safe to say that the relaunched, remade, reworked XIII failed to live up to the hype. Whilst not quite on the same levels as that other game which failed many - yeah, Cyberpunk 2077 - there was much anticipation behind Microids' remake of the much loved 2003 cult hit. Planned to originally launch in Q3 2020, and then seeing the next October launch date revised for Spring 2021, we'll be honest to admit that we didn't expect to be given the opportunity to head into space any time soon. But hey, 2021 is already proving to be a upgrade on that which went before it and now we see Spacebase Startopia arrive on Xbox - albeit in Xbox Game Preview form.
