The Virtual Air Guitar Company are big fans of Kinect for Xbox One and so it’s no surprise to see them throwing another motion controlled title onto the library. Perhaps what we are a little surprised to see however is its timing!
Arriving on Xbox One come 30th December 2015, Beatsplosion for Kinect will utilise the technology once again. After fairly decent success with Squid Hero and Boom Ball (we love that one btw!), it makes sense for the team at the Virtual Air Guitar Company to concentrate on another Kinect based title.
And that’s exactly what they’ve done with Beatsplosion. Prepare to be transported into a crazy world of subatomic particles in search of a Unified Field Theory – by smashing everything into smithereens. You’ll be punching particles, dodging walls and jumping over obstacles, all to the beat of music. It’s a rhythm game with satisfying physical reactions – you punch things and break them realistically into tiny fragments – and it may also get you accidentally in shape!
Full features include:
- Rhythm and exercise game with Virtual Air Guitar’s signature Kinect control
- Punch particles in time to the beat! Dodge walls, jump over obstacles!
- Satisfying physical reactions!
- Get your sweat on! (Daily use may result in getting seriously fit.)
- Earn all 5 skill belts: tempos from 130 to 180 bpm, each with a variety of challenging levels
- Epic black belt challenge at the blazing speed of 200 bpm!
- Designed for daily exercise: 3-minute levels, 20-minute challenges and a weekly play time tracker
- Use leaderboards to see who’s the top ninja
We will of course remind you when Beatsplosion arrives on Xbox One, but for now, check out the trailer below.
