Get involved with Hotel Renovator on Xbox and PlayStation

We’ve worked gardens and flipped houses, but today it’s all about building some brilliance as Hotel Renovator releases on Xbox and PlayStation.

Building brilliance with Hotel Renovator

A current-gen only game, Hotel Renovator is now available for purchase and download on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. And yes, if you’re dreaming of unleashing your creativity on Xbox One or PS4, you’re going to be out of luck.

Hotel Renovator is the handy work of Focus Entertainment and Two Horizons as they provide players with the chance to design a hotel of their dreams. It comes complete with a Story Mode that sees you following in the footsteps of your grandfather, as well as a Sandbox Mode in which you’ll be left a free rein.

Whatever, your goals in Hotel Renovator are pretty much the same – build a business empire and embrace endless innovation and renovation. It comes with the tools you need too, with more than 2000 different furniture pieces and elements front and centre. You’ll get to make the most of those as you look to take your hotel business to a 5-star world.

Key features of Hotel Renovator

  • Break it down – You inherit an old, neglected hotel in terrible condition. Others have given up hope, but you sense the extraordinary potential erupting out of this place. Before you unveil this hotel’s beauty, you need to get your hands dirty. Grab your tools to tear down that old wallpaper, rip up the panel flooring, and bust through walls to get out with the old and in with the new.
  • Design your heart out – Express yourself and customize away! Modern, retro, cozy or even funky, enjoy endless possibilities! You’ll be able to choose from more than 2000 designs of appliances, lights, curtains, rugs, painting, materials, and colors to decorate the hotel in your style.
  • Invest and manage – The higher the standard you maintain, the more money you earn. Invest in the amenities and attractions at your Hotel to stand out. Buy an old swimming pool or restaurant to attract more guests! Meet their needs, keep rooms tidy, and repair issues quickly. If you leave a great impression on a guest, you’ll get 5-star reviews!
  • A place with a story – Discover the secret history of your family hotel as you meet the needs of colorful VIP clients in Story Mode. If you’re looking to test your interior design abilities with picky customers and challenges, this is the spot for you. It’s up to you to make a name for yourself in the hotel industry.
  • Share your creativity – Hotel Renovator lets your creativity run even wilder by offering mod support. So get ready to create and share unique furniture’s designs, lending and drawing inspiration from a community of like-minded renovators!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
