Can you survive the deserted Lost Islands of Xbox and PlayStation?

You won’t remember how you found your way to the Lost Islands on Xbox and PlayStation. But you do know one thing – you’ll need to do whatever it takes to survive. 

Available on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation right now is Lost Islands. From the Glitch Studios team, this has been kicking around on PC through Steam for a little while already. It now makes waves on console, tasking you with trying to survive the deserted world.

Priced at £29.99, Glitch Studios are going to have to go some to shift copies of Lost Islands on Xbox and PlayStation – particularly if you take the few Steam reviews as read. But thankfully the ideas and elements of the game may well go some way to warranting that price tag. Then again, that’s a big number to shift for any indie team. 

Open the wallet and pay up the asking price and you’ll find the world of Lost Islands awaits. It’s here where you’ll be left to initially scavenge, hunting down food and the like. From there, a shelter will be front and centre of your plans, followed swiftly by more and more things. 

Lost Islands will test you at all times though. A fantasy land full of monsters, survival and adventure, we’re sure it’s a game that is going to eat up many of your gaming hours. We’ll let you know how it plays when we get the chance to run a review. 

For now, Lost Islands on Xbox is available through the Xbox Store. You will only be able to play on Xbox Series X|S though; this is not an Xbox One playable game. It’s also on PlayStation and PC should you prefer those formats.

Lost Islands on Xbox Game Description

You don’t remember how you got to this islands, but now you’re stranded in the wild. Surviving here will be no simple task.

First you’ll need to find food, craft some primitive tools, and build a shelter. Think you have what it takes? Your survival adventure is about to begin… In order to survive and escape the deserted lost islands, the hero will have to explore desert islands and dungeons, become a forager expert and gather items, craft multiple new ones and fight monsters in this fantasy adventure.
