Since DiRT Rally 2.0 released back in February of 2019, the content additions have come thick and fast. Having already flown through DLC drops that made up Season 1 and Season 2, it’s now time for rally fans to start embracing the goodness of both a third and fourth season. Moving forward and allowing gamers who love a bit of rally action the chance to really get their teeth into things, the Super Deluxe Edition of DiRT Rally 2.0 is the most up-to-date, content-packed edition of the game yet. If you thought the previous Digital Deluxe Edition was good, then think again as this time round we see not just the base game included, but ALL the extra content from Seasons 1-4 thrown in for good measure.
Priced up at £89.99 and available from the usual digital stores, it could be said that this isn’t cheap, but when you consider what is in place you’ll fast realise it’s worth every penny. Not only is the standard game brilliant – our full review of DiRT Rally 2.0 on Xbox One confirms that – but it sees the inclusion of no less than 24 new cars, 11 tracks and locales, some super exclusive livery types, extra credits and new events. Oh, and for good measure you’ll have season updates to the 2019 FIA World Rallycross Championship thrust your way as well.
The arrival of this Super Deluxe Edition also sees the start of Season 3 of DiRT Rally 2.0, with Week 1 delivering the iconic SUBARU Impreza (2001) and Ford Focus RS Rally 2001 into the game. Both of these icons of the racing scene are available for £1.19 should you not need the full Super Deluxe Edition, while a £44.99 Year One Pass adds in the content without the base game… perfect for those who previously grabbed the game on release.
Make sure you keep an eye out for the next content additions too, Week 3 of Season 3 promises to be a belter with the Greece rally and a special livery being chucked in.
