When a huge storm blew in and destroyed your community in one swoop, there was only one thing for it – to Farm for your Life on Xbox and get the community back up and running again. The problem is that same storm unleashed the living dead for good measure. Yep, never has a game title been more relevant. 

Farm for your Life comes to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S to join the ever-increasing number of time management farming titles on the scene. Whilst Farm Together provided a fun, cutesy look at cultivating crops and Farm Frenzy: Refreshed turned things up to 11, Farm for your Life attempts an altogether different one, combining a light-hearted style with ideas and elements that most probably belong in the horror genre. 

Priced at £16.74, Farm for your Life will leave you with all the tools required to cultivate your farm and get your community back to past glories. In fact, it’ll leave you to rebuild the world around you as you see fit, utilising the crops that you grow and even earning a bit of extra cash thanks to an on-site restaurant. 

At all times though you’ll need to fend off the undead and this will mean protecting your farm against those who want to create further havoc. The zombies hear though are slightly different to those found in the likes of Zombie Army 4: Dead War, fully concentrated on the crops and vegetation that you may grow. Without crops, you’ve got no chance of survival. 

With an included ‘Peaceful Mode’ for those just looking to get on with their lives without hassle, and plenty of customisation present for those looking for it, Farm for your Life could well be a viable option for farmers and zombie slayers alike.
