Need an extra little boost to keep you playing FIFA14? How does a free Ultimate Team World Cup update sound?
Most Xbox One gamers were expecting to miss out on World Cup fever this year but fear not as EA Sports has a neat trick up their sleeve for both Xbox consoles. As part of the newest FIFA update launching on May 29th, FIFA 14 owners (Xbox One & Xbox 360) will get access to a special World Cup version of Ultimate Team and best of all it’s FREE!
It will feature players from all 32 teams taking part in the 2014 Brazil World Cup plus you could get the official match ball and Rio based stadium in packs. Speaking of packs, every one you open in this special mode contains a redeemable gold pack for normal UT. Of course it would be much of a World Cup mode without the ability to play in the tournament itself both online and offline. See for yourself in the video below…
