Always wanted to play a BAFTA-winning game through Game Pass? Well now you can with the surprise drop of TOEM on Game Pass and Xbox.

From the Something We Made team, TOEM originally launched on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC back in 2021, grabbing a Best Debut BAFTA back in 2022 for the team behind it. Now that game comes to Xbox and Game Pass, opening things up for a new wave of gamers.

TOEM releases on Game Pass and Xbox

Available right now on the Xbox Store, TOEM on Game Pass, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S will send you off on a delightful little expedition. It’s here where you’ll get to use your eye in hope of uncovering a host of mysteries and secrets. TOEM is a little bit magical in its gameplay, working the hand-drawn visuals to a tee.

A game in which you’ll also get to chat away with a host of different characters, solving problems as they arise will be your main goal. As will snapping away and creating photo memories.

Key game features focus on photography

There are a good few reasons to play TOEM on Game Pass and Xbox, with all of the following in place…

  • Take photos with your camera to solve puzzles and help people!
  • Listen to chill beats and take in your surroundings!
  • Meet quirky characters and help them with their problems!

We’ve not yet played TOEM elsewhere but have heard good things. For that reason alone we’ll be jumping onto the Xbox Store immediately, downloading TOEM on Game Pass and giving it a once over for review.

Let us know if you decide to do the same. Or perhaps the £16.74 price tag will see you opening the wallet and purchasing a copy for yourself. There’s some Cloud Gaming goodness included there too.

Alternatively, grab TOEM on PlayStation, Switch or PC.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
