gangsta paradise xbox

Put Coolio’s classic to one side – it’s time to visit the Gangsta Paradise on Xbox One and Xbox Series X.

Most definitely running a Guns, Gore and Cannoli vibe, Gangsta Paradise from Prison Games has broken out onto Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, giving console players the chance to take matters into their own hands, hoping to put an end to the crimewave that has hit their city.

You see, in Gangsta Paradise a certain mafia boss – Al Calzone – is demanding payment for protection, and whilst that’s absolutely fine, when the mob come calling to your mother’s flower stall, it’s time to take action. In fact, it’s up to you to teach these mobsters a lesson, sending them packing once and for all.

To do that packing, you’ll need to go packing – packing weaponry and an arsenal that is deep with upgradeable equipment. There’s plenty of that on offer in Gangsta Paradise too, and you’ll need it should you wish to cover the 40 odd levels that are in place, and to take down the numerous enemy types who populate them.

Complete with funky gangster tunes, and multiplayer elements should you wish to face off against your mates, and Gangsta Paradise looks like it could well hit some decent notes. And if it doesn’t? Well, we’ll just blast away forevermore until it does.

Features include:

  • Thrilling gunfights that will put your guts to the test
  • Black market with upgradeable weapons and fortifications
  • Challenging campaign containing 40 levels
  • Variety of enemies using different combat styles
  • Multiplayer mode to compete with friends
