It’ll be with us in just a few weeks but today the hype surrounding ONRUSH builds some more as Codemasters release a brand new trailer. Probably best if you watch it then, yeah?
Coming to Xbox One and PS4 on June 5th 2018, ONRUSH is an action packed arcade racer that will threaten to tear up the entire racing games fabric. The new trailer – the one that you can see below – showcases how all this will work, and how teamwork will play a vital role in your success, enabling players to complete a variety of stunning takedowns and cause complete devastation to take the win.
Dramatic 6v6 team racing battles are the order of the day and team play is essential if you want to come out on top. But different vehicles and play styles are better suited to certain roles and opportunities than others, and so it’ll be up to you to work together as a team to decide out who should attack and who should defend in each of the unique game modes.
With eight vehicle classes come a variety of unique abilities that intensify the fight, and we shall see the larger vehicles – such as the Titan and Enforcer – delivering dominance on the ground, while the bike-style Outlaw class and its ‘Slam’ RUSH ability will allow you to perform insane takedowns from above. It is these takedowns which are core to the whole ONRUSH experience too.
ONRUSH is available to pre-order right now, with Day One and Deluxe Editions both purchase opportunities. Should you wish to get your money in early, then you’ll find a unique ‘Vortex buggy design coming with the Day One Edition, and eight additional vehicle designs with iconic gold and black liveries, extra Crashtag artwork and Track Tombstones all exclusive to the Deluxe version.
