There are over one hundred fixed tracks to endure across a variety of mines, each including a number of steep drops and harsh twists and turns that you must work your way through to ensure you don’t go tumbling out of the cart. In addition to this, there are a number of tasks to complete which ask you to finish each level accident-free or with a certain amount of gems collected by the finish. Only after completing a given number of tasks will you then be able to access the next mining world.
Wherever you choose to do your driving, either overground or underground in one of many locations, the visuals and exciting high speeds you will reach should hopefully work together to create a real sense of immersion and realism, no matter whether you happen to be in the fiery depths of the Volcano World or the fiendish Ghost World!
If that’s not enough, then you will be pleased to know that there are an endless amount of random levels to tackle, and 30 upgrades to unlock on your quest to become the best minecart pilot in all the world.
