limb hunter

Are you ready to shoot, to loot, to attach and to repeat? It’s that cycle which you’ll be working through as you attempt to become the ultimate Limb Hunter on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

Available today on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S (fully optimised for those next-gen consoles), is Limb Hunter, a game in which you’ll be looking to save a dying world, all by shooting anything that moves, looting anything that you can get your hands on and attaching as much weaponry to your broken body as you can.

Limb Hunter comes about via the Flying Islands Team to tell the tale of how you, as a broken old robot, must attempt to save the world around you. It’s for this reason that you have been brought back to life, left to work your way through the robot hordes, ripping out the best bits of the fallen in utilising it for yourself. Yep, this means that in Limb Hunter you’ll be tasked with taking what you feel is good, before making the most of the power that it brings.

With Xbox Smart Delivery capabilities in tow (meaning you’ll be playing the finest version of the game for the console you own), Limb Hunter could well be one of those little indie hits that we have grown to love. We’ll be sure to follow with a full review very soon – keep an eye out for it.

Should you be sold on the premise, fancy ripping some huge guns from the dead and attaching them to your own body, then you’ll find Limb Hunter present and correct on the Xbox Store. £4.19 is all you’ll need to pay. Bargain.

Game Description:

Your brothers was infected. Your production line was stopped. You are a broken mechanism, that thrown away. In the hour of need someone brought you back to this dying world. And you feel overwhelming desire to rip the hand of these robot and install it to yourself. Shoot. Loot. Attach. Repeat. At your leisure you can save the dying world or become the ruler for the final decades of corruption. But who cares about the future, when you can attach that big gun to your spine. Become a Legend of DC-128b. At least for a while.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
