It’s coming up to two years since Remnant: From the Ashes first provided players with a post-apocalyptic playground to shoot through. Now though it’s time for that world to make the most of the power of the next-gen consoles with a free upgrade which should make things even more enticing. And to sell things further, cross-play support and some free love through Xbox Game Pass makes it even more exciting.Â
Rolling out today is the latest update for Remnant: From the Ashes on Xbox and PlayStation storefronts, and by taking in this free enhancement, Xbox Series X|S and PS5 players will discover a world that is powered by the magic of the next-gen.Â
This has seen Perfect World Entertainment and Gunfire Games harness that power to dramatically improve a game that was already right at the top of the tree, with a new visual fidelity and uprated performance. This now means that From the Ashes can be played in 4K resolution at 30fps on Xbox Series X and PS5, or in a 60fps option should you be prepared to live with 1080p.Â
With the patch also improving load times, you’ll find yourself being flung into the world of Remnant faster than ever before.Â
That’s not all though and the third person survival shooter also has some PC goodies up its sleeve, namely in the form of movement into Xbox Game Pass for PC and the opportunity for PC players to team up with those on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S as they bring about the fight for humanity’s survival. Yep, Windows 10 store cross-play support is in the house.Â
If you’ve not yet spent time with Remnant: From the Ashes, perhaps now is the time to change all that. A brilliant base game is well complemented by two DLC packs as well – the Swamps of Corsus and Subject 2923. And then, if you’re wanting more, Chronos: Before the Ashes may well need to be taken in too.Â

Peguei o jogo pela gamepass da Microsoft Store PC, mas não estou conseguindo jogar com uns amigos que obtiveram o jogo pela EPIC. Sabe o que posso fazer??

I think you’ll be out of luck. Looks like Win10 Store purchases are the only ones with cross-play
