Retrieve the Life Fragments and save the world in Light of Life

-

Light of Life Xbox

Another week and another Ratalaika Games port has been released. You know the deal by now: ports of indie games, retro visuals and gameplay but more importantly very easy Gamerscore. And Light of Life, out today on Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation is no different to what has been before.

In Light of Life, you play as an elf named Elanor. Like any good elf, she comes armed with a bow and arrow. Using this, she needs to travel through over 100 levels to retrieve the stolen Life Fragments. These have been stolen by a group of goblins, and you must lead Elanor through these levels to give them their just desserts.

Light of Life also features:

  • 2D precision platform gameplay
  • Use a bow with magical powers
  • 100 challenging levels
  • Collect crystals to unlock fantastic outfits for Elanor!
  • 5 different worlds with different mechanics

Light of Life will have you travelling through forest worlds, ice, desert and more to claim back what is rightfully yours. And what is waiting at the end? Hopefully a nice cup of tea and somewhere to put her feet up.

Light of Life is on the Xbox Store now priced at £4.99. As is also typical with Ratalaika Games, there is an introductory discount, reducing the price to just £3.99 for a limited time. But don’t let that cover art trick you on the Xbox Store, this is most definitely a pixel art style game. Our review will have all the feedback on how it actually plays coming soon. For now, let us know in the comments if you fancy some easy Gamerscore and will be picking this game up.
