The Solus Project has been making the most of the Xbox One Game Preview feature for some time. Now though, it’s ready to come out and hit the world as a full Xbox One title.

Available now on Xbox One, The Solus Project  is Teotl Studios and Grip Digital’s attempt at making a first person survival adventure – one in which the harsh world itself is your main enemy. Whilst it looks like The Solus Project will usually be costing ÂŁ15.99, right now, Xbox Live Gold members can pick it up for just ÂŁ11.99. That seems to represent amazing value for money.

We’ll have a full review for you soon, but if you want to know more about the strange world that The Solus Project is set in, feel free to check out our hands-on preview. If you like the look of what you see, the Xbox One Games Store should be able to sort you out.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
