For a series with such a long running history, it’s strange that Richman hasn’t pulled in the gold on Xbox, PlayStation or PC. Perhaps that will change with the release of Richman 11.

Richman 11 is the latest edition of the Richman series to land on PC and console. Although, whilst we say ‘latest’, it’s only the second option that has ever been made available on Xbox. It follows that of Richman 10 from back in 2022.

Become a Richman on Xbox, PlayStation, PC

Available right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, Richman 11 sees the Softstar team join forces with that super prolific indie publisher, Eastasiasoft. Barely a week goes by when the latter don’t push a new game to Xbox land, and that is the case today, with release of some board game mayhem.

The Richman series is probably best known for being a Monopoly wannabe, as the board game goes more virtual than ever before. It has you playing alone or with others (local and online) as you get set for a life of investments and property buying. Your hope? To rule the board and send all others off to bankruptcy.

With an extremely over-the-top style to things, Richman 11 gives access to a host of the most classic of maps, adding in ‘Brawl Boards’, weaponry and more. With the humble dice roll powering things, looking to gain financial victory should well become appealing.

Key features

  • Choose from 16 playable characters to represent you on the game board!
  • Enjoy the game with friends and family or play against CPU-controlled opponents.
  • Pass a single controller between players or use multiple controllers.
  • Level up the buildings and property you own to increase rent and profits!
  • Outlast your competition as they go broke to emerge victorious.
  • Land on certain tiles to alter the game board, changing the direction of paths and more!

Buy now!

Richman 11 is on the Xbox Store, playable across Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It’s fully optimised for Series consoles too.

Alternatively, pick it up on PlayStation or PC. A price of £15.74 should be tempting enough.

Stay tuned for our full review of Richman 11 on Xbox. We’re hoping to strike it rich.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
