Kansei: The Second Turn HD Xbox

Fans of Ratalaika Games typically know what to expect. However, when it came to Jisei: The First Case HD, fans were pleasantly surprised by how good a Ratalaika Games game could be. It even got a mention in our 10 Hidden Xbox Gems of 2020. Today sees the sequel releasing, as Kansei: The Second Turn HD is released on Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.

Following the same vein as Jisei, you are a teenager who can relive the death of any corpse that they touch. This time around, the corpse is of a CEO of a high-profile corporation. Use your supernatural skills to help deduce how this dead body came to be.

You won’t be alone this time, as the unknown teenager will be accompanied by some teammates, all of whom promise to be as strange as their mentor. Can they be trusted, however? That will be up to you to decide.

As well as an interesting visual novel concept, Kansei: The Second Turn HD also features:

  • Visual novel and adventure gameplay
  • Solve a mystery
  • Stunning anime-style artwork
  • Full English voice acting
  • Original music

Kansei: The Second Turn HD is available to download now from the Xbox Store, priced at £7.99. Early birds can grab a 20% discount, dropping the price to £6.39, but you best be quick. We will have a review coming soon where we will once again advise just how easy the achievements are in this Ratalaika Games game.

Game description:

A teenager with the ability to relive the death of any corpse he touches finds himself tangled in another murder case when the owner of a high profile corporation dies under mysterious circumstances. This time, however, he’s forced to team up with a group of kids with abilities as strange as his own. Unfortunately, these new teammates might be more dangerous than the killer they’re hunting. Everyone has something to hide, and the past never stays hidden for long. Interrogate suspects, explore the house of the wealthy deceased, and unearth the secrets of others while you try to keep your own hidden.
