Nailed Mega Man 1 through to 10? Need a new fix? The Blue Bomber is back!
Mega Man 11 is here and Capcom have decided it’s time for an upturn in the blue bombing fortunes as Mega Man drops in with some of the usual classic 2D platforming, but a new, rather fresh, graphical outlook on life.
Priced at £24.99, Mega Man 11 is available right now on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC and should be more than an appealing purchase for anyone who has spent even the smallest amount of time with the little guy previously.
This time round you’ll find a fight against Robot Masters, before being able to pinch their super powerful weapons for yourself, boosting the Blue Bombers appearance and attacking capabilities. A brand new Double Gear system is also in play and this lets you dial up Mega Man’s speed and power when the time calls for it.
Throw in a decent array of difficulty modes, time trials, various missions, worldwide leaderboards and the chance to take in a whole gallery of concept art and you’ll quickly understand why Mega Man 11 is a force to be reckoned with.
If you wish to find yourself plonked straight into Mega Man’s shoes then your favourite digital store will sort you out. We highly recommend the Xbox Store, but those on PS4, Switch or PC may have different options.
Whatever format you play on though, just be sure to get involved in Mega Man 11 now!
Should you have not played any of the Mega Man titles previously though then you may well be interested in the Mega Man 30th Anniversary Bundle. Not only does it include Mega Man 11, but also the Mega Man Legacy Collection, Mega Man Legacy Collection 2, Mega Man X Legacy Collection and Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2. Basically put, if you want some Mega Man, then get this. It’s only £44.99 too!
