Outright Games have got their fingers in many pies, always intent on delivering family-friendly games to the masses. Their latest is that of Jumanji: Wild Adventures.

In collaboration with Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Outright Games have today announced Jumanji: Wild Adventures. It comes with full details, a release date, format list and more. If you previously played Jumanji: The Video Game from back in 2019, or love the films, this is going to be of high interest.

The drums keep on banging

Set to release on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam) on November 3rd is Jumanji: Wild Adventures.

The latest officially licensed Jumanji video game, this one will reunite the most heroic adventurers in the world. Why? Well, because a hilarious and exciting multiplayer adventure awaits.

Dr. Smolder Bravestone, Ruby Roundhouse, Franklin “Mouse” Finbar and Professor Shelly Oberon will all be back in Jumanji: Wild Adventures. Teaming up, they’ll head off on the search for treasure beyond their wildest imaginations. Players will have to work together as they find themselves back in the vast world of Jumanji, tasked with finding The Jewel of Jumanji. Only when this mysterious artefact is found, will you ever make your way home.

Locations and bosses

As you may expect from a Jumanji game, the usual locations and formidable bosses await. Jumanji: Wild Adventures will work as a follow-up to Jumanji: The Video Game, delivering an experience that is some four times bigger.

It will come complete with a vast world to explore, including uncharted jungles, forgotten villages and icy mountains, even more deadly encounters and special items to unlock.

In standard Jumaji fashion, the playable rag-tag group of explorers will all have hilarious personalities and totally unique strengths. They’ll come with unlockable powers and abilities too, letting you customise them to your play.

Whether you decide to quest alone with solo play, or team up with 4-player local co-op to create the ultimate adventuring team, expect all-new fiendish puzzles and dangerous enemies awaiting.

Dare you attempt to escape the jungle? You can be sure that Jumanji: Wild Adventures will be best played with your friends and family in tow.

We’ll keep you looped as to how this one plays out. Expect Jumanji: Wild Adventures to be available from November 3rd 2023 on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC.

For now, hit up the trailer. And stay safe out there.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
