flutter bombs xbox one

Multiple ship types, tons of variety in the weaponry, and death and destruction to all. That’s pretty much how each and every twin stick shooter the world has ever known has run, and it’s no different with Flutter Bombs. Just this time round you get to control a beautiful butterfly.

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One, Flutter Bombs brings something just a little different to the twin sticking table. See, whereas we normally find ourselves battling away in a ship equipped for combat, Flutter Bombs sees us taking control of the most gorgeous butterfly – albeit a highly weaponized one.

It’ll be up to you to utilise the full arsenal of nature’s winged beauty in order to defend your grove from oncomers, unleashing fury with your weapons and taking charge of up to 10 different wingsets in order to understand the most delightful of bombing strategies.

You’ll probably never have had the chance to play a twin stick shooter like this before, but they say that a change is as good as a rest, and so if you have found yourself tiring of the slightly generic field of play that has been brought about in recent times, and are on the lookout for something highly original, then Flutter Bombs on Xbox One should be taken in.

The Xbox Store is the deliver of all things good and yet again it is there where you’ll find a purchase and download of Flutter Bombs becoming available. The £16.74 price tag points to this being at the higher end of the shooting scale, but it’s still more than cheap enough to become a hugely tempting proposition.

Our full review is on the way so keep an eye out for it – we’ll be sure to let you in on the finer details of this nature themed twin stick shooter as soon as we can.
