Previously launching on PS4 and Nintendo Switch, we now find Leisure Suit Larry attempting his luck in the Xbox One game market, with launch of Wet Dreams Don’t Dry. Created by those at CrazyBunch, and published by Assemble Entertainment, Wet Dreams Don’t Dry is the latest title in the Leisure Suit Larry catalogue as the titular character attempts to work his way through the weird online dating world in order to meet up with his dream date.
With the original creator of Larry – Al Lowe – not involved in this title, it’ll be interesting to see how CrazyBunch handle the rather delicate nature that is Larry’s life. Is there still a place for such an adult-themed experience in a gaming world that has changed massively over the decades? Will Larry be able to make it in the Xbox marketplace alongside a host of shooters, racers and full on adventure experiences?
Only time will tell if he manages to make it in the 21st Century as gamers get the chance to take in a non-linear adventure full of delightfully created, handdrawn locations. With the use of Larry’s Timber App, it’ll be up to you to help him seduce his way through the world, all with the ultimate goal of getting to Faith – the lady of his dreams.
