This week in stores we’ll see the Xbox One get a collection of games featuring zombies and a game based on a Japanese manga/anime series. It’s back to normal with nothing new for 360 owners though.

Dead Island: Definitive Collection – 31st May – Xbox One

If zombies are your thing, then this definitive collection will bring everything you could ask for with two full games, Dead Island and Dead Island: Riptide, including all the additional downloadable content released previously. The zombie slaying experience also comes with a free version of the brand new Retro Revenge game in the series. So, factoring in the overhauled instalments which have had significant visual and performance upgrades, the low price could make this the ideal time to get involved in Dead Island.

One Piece: Burning Blood – 3rd June – Xbox One

one piece pack

Based on the One Piece universe, Burning Blood is a fighting game and the first of the series to hit the Xbox One. The characters are set to be the most faithfully recreated, with some of them being able to transform into their more powerful versions. You’ll get to relive the Marineford Arc of One Piece in the story mode, take on players from around the world and even collect bounties in the Wanted versus mode. There’s also an element of strategy in choosing the best combination of team members for the 3vs3 tag battles.

Of course, if you don’t want to buy your games in disc format, you could always get involved with a digital download. Buy your points from here and save money on each digital download you make!

Been gaming casually since the SNES as a youngster but found my true passion for games on the Playstation 1 (the forbidden word ooo). My addiction grew to its pinnacle with the purchase of an Xbox 360 & Xbox Live Service. A recovering GS hunter that will still play literally any game.
