Zombies don’t stand a chance as Geometric Sniper Z releases on Xbox

Geometric Sniper Z is on Xbox

First it was the opportunity to become a Geometric Sniper. Then we started to spill some Blood in Paris. Now it’s all about taking down the undead as Geometric Sniper Z lines up the shots on Xbox.

Available right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is Geometric Sniper Z. It’s priced really cheaply, normally running at just £3.29. The thing is, for launch, if you’re quick, you can grab that same game for even less – £2.63 is silly money.

Shoot the zombies in Geometric Sniper Z

If you’ve played either of the previous Geometric Sniper games available on Xbox – Geometric Sniper or Geometric Sniper – Blood in Paris – then you’ll know what to expect here. A pretty basic sniper, you’ll be tasked with looking down the barrel, picking off those who need taking down. In this case – zombies!

Looking down from up high, Geometric Sniper Z is a highly stylized affair. With scopes at the ready, you’ll be able to pick off the undead, slowly, surely, one-by-one, all in hope of saving the citizens of the world. With various game modes and differing weapons – why stick to a sniper! – Geometric Sniper Z looks to continue the franchise with aplomb.

You can grab a download of Geometric Sniper Z through the Xbox Store. It’s playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

The comments are below if you decide to pick it up.

Geometric Sniper Z Description

The zombifying pathogen came out of nowhere… Society is falling apart, and people are in pain. Still, they can take comfort in knowing that there is a watchful sniper always on the lookout for zombies. Take the role of that sniper in GSZ – a highly stylized 2D isometric shooter. Challenge yourself in different game modes, neutralize zombies using different weapons, save and escort survivors, and progress through the story. (…And if you’re feeling like playing the bad guy, take the role of a zombie patient zero!) Think fast, act fast, be resourceful… And reload often!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
