If you’re serious about your Manga and you like a bit of a battle, then Bandai Namco’s release of Jump Force back in February 2019 will no doubt have got your juices flowing. Now though we see the fighting roster increase with the introduction of 3 new characters.
Much like every other battler that has existed in recent times, the draw of Jump Force on Xbox One, PS4 and PC comes about via the characters we see available for the fight. In fact, pushing the lacklustre story and the repetitive missions to one side, it was certainly those characters which were the biggest draw for Manga fans when the game launched back in Feb 2019. With stars from DRAGON BALL Z, ONE PIECE, NARUTO, BLEACH, HUNTER X HUNTER, YU-GI-OH!, YU YU HAKUSHO, SAINT SEIYA and many more all present, fans were certainly able to find a decent degree of temptation, pushing reason to actually get involved in the Jump Force fight.
But now it’s time for that roster to be enhanced by 3 new characters, with each of them available for purchase and download at £3.19 each. This sees Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! joins the fray in Jump Force Character Pack 1, Biscuit Krueger from Hunter x Hunter fall into the fight via Jump Force Character Pack 2, and the one and only All Might from My Hero Academia delivered to action thanks to the Jump Force Character Pack 3.
Each of these Jump Force Character Packs brings the playable character, a special Avatar Outfit, the added bonus of unique Special Move, some J-Skills, and more Missions to get involved in. Basically put, if you’re down with your Yu-Gi-Oh!, like a bit of Hunter x Hunter, or think that My Hero Academia is the way forward, then you are pretty much sorted with these additions.
It’s not just as individual purchases that they are available via either and you’ll find each of the Jump Force Character Packs 1-3 are included as part of the Jump Force Characters Pass, with these being 3 of 9 promised additions.
So, what’s in the rumble in the Manga jungle? Well, you’ll obviously need to have the base game of Jump Force in place on Xbox One, PS4 or PC, but from there on out just head over to your favoured digital store – the Xbox Store being ours – and getting your download in.
