Come and join us in the hub to take a look at what is considered to be the best of this week’s news, reviews, opinions and videos. It’s been a real mixed bag, so let’s delve into it.

It’s probably best to start with the various rosters that were all the talk this past week from both EA Sports UFC and the upcoming WWE 2K15. The UFC game got a free update that not only contained a few gameplay tweaks and additions but also three new fighters to bolster the roster in the form of Dillashaw, Woodley and Mizugaki. On the other hand, a relatively sparse WWE 2K15 roster got a confirmed date for when the complete list of wrestlers will be fully revealed.

I’m not sure we could do without certain accessories we use when gaming and so our reviews of cheaper alternatives that can potentially do the job as good as or better than “Official” products may save you a few pennies. Amongst the items we looked at from Protek for the Xbox One were a Play and Charge Kit, a Media Remote, Thumb Grips and a TV Mount for a Kinect Sensor.

Forza Horizon 2 is looking like having a vehicle to suit everyone with boasting a huge amount to be included, expected to be over 200 cars at launch. The first 100 were named and range from a 1965 MINI Cooper S to a 2009 Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster. There are absolutely loads of great cars to choose from already, some that many people may not have used before. We can’t wait for the rest to be unveiled.

Titanfall players got a little bit worried when there was news of an in-game marketplace that you could buy things with using credits. Surely it wouldn’t be using the dreaded micro transactions to allow people to pay their way to greatness? No of course not, The Black Market will only accept the credit currency earned via various way whilst playing the actual game. Phew panic over.

Last but not least was one of the better trailers from this year’s San Diego Comic Com for Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. In arguably the most revealing video for this game so far, we get to know all about the Wraith who is bound to the main protagonist, Talion. Turns out he used to be the greatest at his trade and had a hand in forging the Rings of Power!

That’s all for now, what will we hear about next week? In this unpredictable gaming world we can’t possibly know so feel free to join us back in the hub next time.
