A new old-school top-down racer
Created by the solo dev at CheapeeSoft Games and picked up by JanduSoft, Crashy Laps is a simple affair – get behind the wheel of a racing car and get to the chequered flag before your opponents. With AI racers available and local multiplayer options in place, you don’t need to race alone either.
Some sixteen tracks are available in Crashy Laps, split across four unique lands. There’s that of the Candy Land, as chocolate makes for a decent mud substitute. There’s also the Alpine Bridge, the Silver Dunes and the Frosty Way. Each will test your skills in similar ways, as you go crashing and bashing your way to victory.
Time Trial modes, Grand Prix options and Championships are all in place to keep you playing Crashy Laps, with trophies and medals on offer. You can even switch up the difficulty if you wish, whilst the most minute of car customisation options are available.
