Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed Single Player is here

Calling all owners of Xbox One and PS4 consoles! This is your alien overlord, the potty-mouthed Crypto speaking, and it is your time to experience Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed Single Player. Just without the fuss of playing with others, of course.

Reprobed, Remade

We had a decently fun time with Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed when it arrived on Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC at the tail-end of 2022, giving it a 3.5/5 score: it was certainly a blast, but we couldn’t help but feel that the open world was lacking.

This edition of the remake of the second Destroy All Humans! title delivers all of the chemical-induced craziness of the 1960s, amidst an alien invasion, to those who previously missed out on Xbox One and PS4.

However, it must be emphasised that Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed Single Player is exactly that. It has none of the co-op multiplayer or other multiplayer modes that the Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC versions contain.

Developers Black Forest Games make one thing very clear, albeit in jovial, bantering tone – your consoles are simply inferior, mere mortals, however that shouldn’t exempt you from the chaotic fun to be had.

Meet Crypto in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed Single Player

If you aren’t familiar with the Destroy All Humans! franchise, then let me fill you in. The series, originally debuting in 2005, sees you control the crass alien Crypto as he invades Planet Earth, all in order to cause as much terror to us puny humans as possible.

What follows, including in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed Single Player, is dozens of hours of utter wackiness, as Crypto uses alien weaponry, jetpacks, and shapeshifting tech to infiltrate the human population, make the swinging 60s even more explosive, and mulch humans into DNA cocktails to upgrade your skills.

Key Features

  • Show those hippies who’s boss using classic weapons and new technology like the Meteor Shower
  • Explore 1960’s Mother Earth and unload your trusty saucer all over her fictional cities
  • Defend a much larger, much more open world from those who seek to undermine your mission
  • Hoover up humans from different countries and grind them up into DNA cocktails to upgrade your skills

Additionally, this version of Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed will throw in all single-player content from the Skin-Pack DLC, skins from Destroy All Humans! (2020), and the Challenge Accepted DLC.

Experience Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed Single Player Now!

If you are still playing on the ‘primitive technology’ of Xbox One and PS4 (their words, not ours), then finally you can experience Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed in (almost) all its glory.

Head over to the Xbox Store to pick up a copy for £24.99 today. You can play that on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It’ll also be on PlayStation.

Game Description

Crypto is back with a license to probe. The alien invader returns, groovier than ever. Experience the swinging ‘60s in all its chemical-induced glory and take revenge on the KGB for blowing up your mothership. You’ll have to form alliances with members of the very species you came to enslave.

I'm an avid gamer who will play pretty much anything... but stick an open world or adventure game in front of me and I'm more than happy.
