Fusing Castlevania, Resident Evil and Dark Souls together, you are exploring the Berelai Manor. For an unknown reason, a thick fog has surrounded it and turned all the servants inside into hostile enemies. You alone must get into the manor and figure out what has happened.
As well as these feral servants, four knights have taken it upon themselves to best you. Armed only with a sharp looking cane and a hand cannon you will need to take the fight to them with limited firepower. Use the bodies of felled enemies and harvest vitae from it, usable then to heal your own wounds.
However, your actions will dynamically affect the manor. Continue to die or perform unholy actions and the inhabitants will become more unusual and dangerous. Manage to defeat the knights and solve the mystery and you will unlock New Game+. However, with multiple endings, you may find yourself returning to Berelai Manor several times over.

Discover the secrets of the estate, as you look for answers among the violent inhabitants. A strange and repelling madness took hold of the servants roaming the halls, and they will attack on sight, for their madness is one rooted in a deeper understanding of cosmic insignificance. To repel the maddening horrors, your Iaito cane, and Waltham A9 hand canon will aid you. To mend your injuries your Vitae concoctions will offer healing. Beware, whatever unearthly events have transpired, your sanity will be tested as the truth unfolds in this hungry all-consuming Fog.
