If past history is anything to go by, Milestone Studios will be putting everything they have behind Monster Energy Supercross 5. After releasing at the beginning of March, riders have already seen one drop of new content hit the game. Now though, there’s another – the US Open Track Pack.
Available for all Monster Energy Supercross 5 riders to enjoy, no matter whether they are racing on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 or PC, the US Open Track will increase the opportunities available to them.
When you consider the base game is already packed to the brim with some great content, able to provide a hugely faithful replication of the sport, then that’s some going by the team at Milestone. But that’s what they are doing with the new addition.
Priced at £4.99 or available as part of the Season Pass, the US Open Track Pack does pretty much as you would expect of it. Inspired by the 2009 US Open – a race that has found a place as an icon in history – it sees no less than twenty-two riders duke it out across a couple of races.
In-game, this means you’ll discover access to new Time Attacks, additional Heats, Semi-Finals to hone your skills and the Last Chance Qualifiers for when all goes wrong. The Main Event will then conclude matters.
It goes without saying that you’ll need a copy of Monster Energy Supercross 5 to hand in order to enjoy racing around the US Open Track, but from there, the usual digital stores should cover the bases you need. The Xbox Store is the one for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S folk, but this is also on PlayStation and PC.
