games with gold logo 2

You may not wish to believe it, but we’re about to enter April 2022 and a time when the big hitters in gaming take a little break from launch to give us a chance to work through that backlog from hell. Our at least it would if the likes of the Xbox Games With Gold scheme wouldn’t continue to keep that pile from rising by giving us access to four new free Xbox games. But that’s what’s happening and right now full confirmation of the free games gifted the way of Xbox gamers via Games With Gold for April 2022 is here.

We may not need free games in our lives, but we want them regardless and during the month of April 2022 the gods that be are providing us Xbox 360, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S players with no less than four more free titles to download and enjoy through Games With Gold. It’s a pretty decent little list of games too, if we’re honest, and whilst the big names may be left to continually fill the Game Pass library, we’re not going to turn our noses up at the following…

As always, you’ll need to be an Xbox Live Gold subscriber in order to be able to download and then own these games for free, but we’re pretty sure that if you’ve got an Xbox console in your life, you’ll have the required subs that make it the best damn console known to man.

You’ll find each of Another Sight and Outpost Kaloki X being stripped of their price tags any minute now, whilst the hump of April will see Hue and MX vs ATV Alive dropped down to a zero asking price – we’ll be sure to remind you when that day comes.

It does however mean that if you’ve yet to fill your coffers with the freebies found via Xbox Games With Gold for March 2022, then time is fast running out. You’ll need to be quick to nab The Flame in the Flood or SpongeBob’s Truth or Square. Street Power Football (or Street Power Soccer depending on where in the world you are), will still be free for a couple more weeks.

Let us know what you think of the latest set of free gifts being sent the way of Xbox players via Games With Gold for April 2022. The comments section is below and we’re always kicking around on the socials.
