Battlefield V was revealed this week, with new modes, no Premium Pass, and a return to the World War II setting. Is this the game we wanted from DICE, and will the (sort of) Battle Royale mode in it appeal to us as gamers? We discuss the war stories, Combined Arms, and how Grand Operations will add an element of Battle Royale to the game. Ultimately, now that we’ve seen both Battlefield V and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, which do we think we’ll be playing more of come October?

We also discuss the loaded October release schedule, how Death Stranding will rely on collaboration, and the rumors that Nintendo will be developing a Nintendo 64 mini console for release. Finally, for fans of Madden, it’s coming out early this year – how excited are we?
