Coming from one of the leading digital lifestyle accessories brands, Trust Electronics, the GXT 323 Carus gaming headset looks to build on what the Radius delivered, upping the price slightly and building on the feature set included.
The Carus range includes the enhanced multi-platform black and red 323 headset, but alongside that is a green GXT 323X Xbox Series X|S edition, and a white and black GXT 323W PlayStation 5 edition. All come with the some ideas – comfortable mesh padding, a flexible microphone and powerful bass.
Retailing at £34.99 (Amazon are your best bet), the Trust Carus headsets use 50mm drivers in order to deliver high-quality sound with a thundering bass, all to ensure gamers hear everything that is going on during the game. Further to that is an omnidirectional flexible microphone, to enable tactics and commands to be heard as crisply as those coming through the headphones’ speakers. With on-ear cup controls, sorting out the volume or muting the mic at the press of a button is a cinch too.
The Carus range should be comfortable too; the large ear pads are made from meshed materials that will allows gamers to keep a cool head; even during the most intense gaming sessions.
