Back in the very early months of 2021, a game was announced that many could get onboard with. That game was Hotel Life, with a release date set for later in the year. That launch was missed, as did the early 2022 plans that followed. But here we are today, with a totally under-the-radar drop of Hotel: A Resort Simulator. Not only has it dropped that ‘life’ moniker, but it comes with a super special Lake Edition too.Â
The hotel doors finally swing open
We’re not sure what happened with the plans Bigben Interactive initially set out for Hotel: A Resort Simulator. Frankly, we don’t particularly care either. What we are interested in though is the launch of the game, available right now across Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Optimised for Series X|S consoles, Hotel: A Resort Simulator is the creation of Ringzero Game Studio. Combined with Bigben, it is pushed to the world in hope of allowing players the chance to go behind-the-scenes of the most idyllic of holidays.Â
It tasks you with hotel management, business growing, guest pampering and staff hiring (and firing). It’s sold as the first hotel sim to allow for all this. Sounds interesting huh? Well, we’ve watched the trailer and taken in the screenshots – we’re hoping the overall gameplay experience leaves a better taste in the mouth. We’ll let you know in full review.
