There have been a huge number of content packs drop for The Sims 4 in the last few years, with the opportunity for us to through in some Cats & Dogs, to whisk our favourite virtual peeps off to some exotic isles or even to build their own Dream Home. Today though it’s all about building up, taking advantage of the items found in the Industrial Loft Kit.

Available to purchase and download into The Sims 4 today (no matter what format you decide to play on), the Industrial Kit pack is something that has been inspired by those glamourous homes found in Brooklyn, New York.

Basically, it’ll let you and your Sims live out their inner fantasies by adding a huge range of stylish and contemporary furnishings to their homes. In fact, there should be enough here to allow you the chance to really go to town, unleashing all the creativity and design you can muster up.

Priced at £4.99 and available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC players to get involved in, The Sims 4 Industrial Loft Kit will let you work with oversized glazing, exposed hardware and some of the most sturdy statement pieces you could imagine. There’s seemingly a bit of everything included here too – piping, metallic vents, some trendy bits of wood and aesthetically pleasing lighting.

If you’re in need of some new gear to help your Sims continue their fantasy lifestyle or just wish to be virtually inspired, the new Industrial Loft Kit should sort you out.

Key features include:

  • Curate the Contemporary — Trendy wood and steel frames give weight and character to this furniture collection for a comforting, warm aesthetic. Smaller features like sharp angles, wheels, and mesh mix and match neatly.
  • Expose the Elements — Metallic vents, piping, and lighting fixtures evoke a sense of history that melds with modernity. Make the most of the space with sliding double doors and large windows that fill it with light.

What’s more, kicking in alongside this DLC is a new free update for the game. It throws in an original piece of artwork from Brooklyn-based artist Ohni Lisle – a contemporary artist who uses a mix of materials to create masterpieces of colorful, expressive design inspired by nature, art and the human form. Of course, you’ll need The Sims 4 as a base game in order to enjoy either the free update or the paid Industrial Loft Kit. Your favourite digital store will cover you with the latter – the Xbox Store being our fav.

DLC Description:

Embrace reclaimed architectural design with The Sims™ 4 Industrial Loft Kit*, inspired by the converted warehouses of Brooklyn, New York.
